4Cell^® XtraCHO is a chemically defined, protein-free, serum-free, and hydrolysate-free media. The portfolio includes 4 different formulations:

4Cell^® XtraCHO Media are formulated to maximize product titers of the Sartorius CHO-DG44 cell lines (from cell line development projects delivered through the end of 2022). It provides robust performance in small- and large-scale production systems such as flasks, Ambr^® 15 | 250 and bioreactors.

Production Media (PM) are a non-selective production media for batch or fed-batch cultures. It is used for the effective cultivation of CHO DG44 cells and helps produce high yields of the active protein.
