Spacers for 12L Celsius® FFT

The Celsius^® FFT Bulk Shipper simplify frozen transfers by enabling bulk processing during frozen storage and shipping of Celsius^® FFT with Safecore™ Technology. The bulk shipper minimizes storage and shipping density and reduces associated risks during handling. Multiple Celsius^® FFT with Safecore™ Technology can be loaded per bulk shipper. The Celsius^® FFT Bulk Shipper is compatible for truck and ocean transportation as is and can be combined with any type of thermally insulated shipper with the suitable dimensions for air transportation to become compatible for transport on cargo and passenger aircraft.

Celsius^® FFT with Safecore™ Technology are stacked and secured on the pallet using spacers which are positioned in between each container to ensure their stability and robustness during their lifecycle.

The Celsius^® FFT Bulk Shipper has been qualified according to stringent regulations for shipping containers: ASTM-D4169 at Assurance Level 1 for mechanical performance and ISTA 7D extreme profiles for thermal performance (inside a thermally insulated shipper). Together, these qualifications conducted by independent laboratories ensure the reliability and integrity of your high-value biopharmaceutical product during frozen shipment.

Maximum and minimum configurations (i.e., the number of bags in a shipper) as well as maximum and minimum fill volumes were tested against both mechanical and thermal criteria. The results obtained for the ISTA 7D extreme summer and winter profiles illustrate the type of excellent performance you can expect from your bulk shippers in real-world conditions. The temperature profiles considered for testing are extreme and serve as a demonstration of the wide range of actual shipping lane thermal conditions that your bulk shipper is capable of handling. While we know actual shipping lane thermal tests must still be conducted, the pre-qualification of the Celsius^® FFT Bulk Shipper provides you with strong confidence that our product will match your requirements.
