Track and quantify dynamic cell movement using the Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plate for Chemotaxis. Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plates have been validated for use with Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis Systems and require the Incucyte® Chemotaxis Analysis Software Module.

Optical Clarity and Label-Free Analysis

The Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plate for Chemotaxis allows you to combine the optical clarity of microfluidic devices with the throughput of transmembrane assays. Each well of the Clearview 96-well Plate provides an optically transparent surface for label-free imaging and analysis of chemotactic cell migration and invasion using Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis Systems and integrated software.

Purpose-built design

The Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plate is specially designed to optimize chemotaxis assays and contains 96 laser-etched pores with a diameter of 8 µm. Cells are added to the upper chamber and chemoattractant to the lower reservoir plate. The design of the Incucycte® Clearview 96-well Plate ensures a stable chemotactic gradient over 72 hours and requires only 1,000-5,000 cells per well, ideal for experiments requiring precious, rare samples. Chemotaxis is visually monitored while cells remain in the physiologically relevant environment of the incubator.

Visualize cell migration in real time with fully automated analysis

Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plates allow you to track and quantify chemotactic cell migration and invasion, as well as transendothelial migration, in microplate format, both label-free or with the use of fluorescent reagents. Validated for use with the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System, Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plates enables researchers to monitor and analyze migration and invasion, all with equipment purpose-built for chemotaxis analysis.

Maximize productivity and insight into dynamic cell movement with automated imaging and analysis using Incucyte® Clearview 96-well Plates with the Incucyte® Chemotaxis Analysis Software Module to quantify chemotactic transmembrane migration ias the cells migrate through laser-etched pores towards the chemoattractant. Images are automatically collected on both the top and bottom-side of the membrane at user-defined intervals to detect cell migration. The Incucyte® Chemotaxis Analysis Software Module has the ability to mask and differentiate between cells on the top surface of the membrane from those on the bottom surface of the membrane, or for non-adherent cells, track the loss of cells from the top surface in order to quantify movement of cells through the membrane.

Each plate is individually packaged, sterile and TC-treated.
