- Needs to be supplemented with L-Glutamine prior to use following the instructions for use, usually at 4 – 6 mM final concentration.
- Contains Glucose
- Doesn't contain Hypoxanthine/Thymidine
- Only available in buckets with enough powder to prepare 10L, 25L or 250L of medium.
