Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab V, 1000 mL, 40 g is a kit designed for the clarification and filtration of up to 1000 mL mammalian cell culture with 40 g diatomaceous earth as filter aid per 0.45 µm filtration unit. Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab V kits enable clarification and filtration to be performed in a single step. These kits simplify the process by fully eliminating the centrifugation step otherwise needed for clarification. As a result, they enable harvested cell cultures to be efficiently clarified and sterilized in minutes – quickly and easily.
