Sartovent P Air Filter Cartridges

Sartovent DG Air Filter Cartridges

  • Can be autoclaved and steam sterilized, withstanding high differential pressures and flow rates.
  • High hydrophobicity, suitable for up to 50 steaming cycles.
  • Made with PTFE membrane, silicone O-rings, and polypropylene for other parts.
  • Specific operating parameters and flow rates for air at different differential pressures.
  • Can be integrity tested using the Sartocheck Integrity Test System.

Usage Protocols

  • Sterilization Procedures
    • Autoclaving at 134 °C, 2 bar | 29 psi, for at least 20 minutes after the sterilization temperature has been reached. Sterilization Cycles: Up to 50 cycles in the direction of filtration and opposite direction.
    • In-Line Steam Sterilization at 134°C, 2 bar | 29 psi, for at least 20 minutes after the sterilization temperature has been reached. In order to prolong the life of the membrane, the differential pressure between the inlet and the outlet sides should not exceed 0.5 bar.
