The CIMac™ QA 0.1 mL Analytical Columns are strong anion-exchange monolithic columns, that bind biomolecules with a predominant negative charge, over a working pH range of 2-13.

QA (quaternary amine) features:

  • Strong anion exchanger
  • Working range, pH 2–13
  • Binds molecules with predominantly negative charge, repels molecules a predominantly positive charge
  • Use for capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
