rProtein A features:

  • Used for purification of mouse and most subtypes of human immunoglobulin G (IgG)
  • Primary binding to the hinge region of IgG-Fc of IgG, secondary binding to light chains of other antibody classes
  • Most suitable for purification of human IgG, and many IgM monoclonal antibodies
